Monte de Piedad® stands by all of the products sold in our stores or online with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all jewelry purchases. If for any reason, you need to return your item within that time, just bring it back in its original condition together with your receipt and receive store credit for the purchase of any item you desire.  If you still aren’t completely satisfied, then you weren’t shopping at Monte de Piedad®.
