Loan & Sales Specialist:
Loan & Sales Specialists provide exceptional customer service to our customers. Primary duties entail evaluating jewelry/merchandise, educating customers on the pawn loan process, extending loans to our valued customers, as well as assisting customers in completing purchases to meet sales goals. As an added perk, specialists will also have the opportunity to earn additional sales commission on jewelry and other store merchandise.
Possessing at least three years of extensive management experience in a retail environment, assistant managers report directly to the General Manager. Primary duties include leading a team of three to six Loan & Sales Specialists, achieving sales goals, assisting in overall store operations, and serving as an exemplary model of customer service for the team to follow.
In this vital role, General Managers are responsible for the overall day-to-day operation and profitability of their assigned store location. General Mangers lead every Loan & Sales Specialist and Assistant Manager in the store, set expectations, ensure effective communication within each team, provide guidance and feedback to entire team and continually assess new areas of growth and opportunity. This individual reports directly to the District Manager for all pawn and store performance issues and objectives. Candidates must possess at least five years of extensive management experience with proven capabilities in leadership and team building, in addition to a deep understanding of customer service in a retail space.
